Sedimentary Pickle Jar

This is a big piece, created by joining two forms to make the body, and a third piece for the lid.  Hand built handles and carvings that echo the sediments featured on many of the rocks that scatter the shores of the North Fork.  The lid features finger marks to lift the lid.  Finished in a satin blue spruce.
